Welcome to RENVIR. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RENVIR website, products, services, and related online features (collectively, the “Services”).

The Services are operated by Rebel Ritual LLC, doing business as RENVIR (“RENVIR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

8. Returns and Refunds

Purchases are subject to the RENVIR Return & Refund Policy displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with that policy, including products that are outside the applicable return period or otherwise ineligible for return.

Any refund will generally be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.

9. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

If RENVIR offers subscription or automatic-replenishment programs, the specific price, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation procedures, and other applicable conditions will be disclosed before enrollment.

By enrolling in an automatically renewing program, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method at the disclosed frequency until you cancel.

You may cancel in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided with the subscription and as required by applicable law.

RENVIR will comply with applicable automatic-renewal and subscription laws, including applicable California requirements.

10. Accounts

11. Reviews, Photos, Videos and User Content

You may have opportunities to submit reviews, comments, photographs, videos, testimonials, social-media content, or other materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By voluntarily submitting User Content to RENVIR for publication or promotional use, you grant RENVIR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and publish that User Content in connection with RENVIR's business, marketing, advertising, websites, social media, and promotional activities, subject to applicable law.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the User Content and that it does not infringe the rights of another person.

We may remove User Content that we reasonably determine is unlawful, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

12. Intellectual Property

The RENVIR name, logos, product names, packaging, website design, graphics, photographs, videos, text, advertisements, trademarks, slogans, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to RENVIR and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use our website and content for personal, non-commercial purposes only unless we give you written permission otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from RENVIR content without authorization.

RENVIR DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE WEBSITE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY PARTICULAR SKINCARE OR COSMETIC RESULT WILL BE ACHIEVED. RESULTS MAY VARY FROM PERSON TO PERSON.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RENVIR, REBEL RITUAL LLC, AND THEIR OWNERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENVIR'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM ARISING FROM A PRODUCT PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RENVIR FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, so portions of this provision may not apply to you.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless RENVIR, Rebel Ritual LLC, and their affiliates, officers, members, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

Consent to receive promotional communications is not a condition of purchasing RENVIR products.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link provided in the message.

For marketing text messages, applicable opt-out instructions will be included in the messaging program.

Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court or claims for which arbitration cannot legally be required, you and RENVIR agree that disputes arising from these Terms, the Services, or purchases from RENVIR will be resolved through individual binding arbitration rather than a lawsuit in court.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, arbitration will take place on an individual basis. Neither you nor RENVIR may seek to resolve covered disputes as a plaintiff or class member in a class, consolidated, collective, or representative proceeding.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking appropriate relief in small claims court where the claim qualifies.

The parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute informally before initiating arbitration.

23. California Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that California consumers have under applicable California law and that cannot legally be waived.

California residents may also have specific privacy rights described in our Privacy Policy.
